Prices
Our apartment rates are per night and include accommodation for 2 guests.
Each additional guest is charged €20.00 per night.
For an additional charge, guests can enjoy our generous breakfast or use our daily fresh bread delivery service.
Breakfast & bread service
Breakfast for adults: €19.00 Breakfast for children aged 3–14: €12.00
Bread service – small basket for 2 people: €10.00 per day Bread service – large family basket for 4 or more people: €15.00 per day
- Children up to 3 years stay free of charge.
- During high season, our apartments can only be booked on a weekly basis.
- Arrival and departure: Saturday
- Shorter stays are also possible during low season and for last-minute offers.
- The statutory local tourist tax is charged additionally per person and night. Children up to 14 years of age are exempt.
- Pets: available on request and subject to an additional charge
- Guests are welcome to use our laundry room. One wash including dryer and detergent pods costs €10.00.
- Additional changes of bed linen or towels are available for an extra charge.

Out of consideration for all guests, we kindly ask everyone to keep noise to an appropriate level, especially during the evening.
Important Information
- A security deposit may be required where necessary.
- Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
- Check-out is required by 10:00 AM.
- Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, hairdryer, kitchen utensils, filter coffee machine and vacuum cleaner are provided free of charge.
House Rules
- Parties and events are not permitted.
- Barbecuing is not permitted either inside the apartments or in the outdoor areas.
- In the event of an early departure, the full amount of the booking will still be charged.
- Additional cleaning or repair costs may apply in the event of damage or if the apartment is not left in an appropriate condition.
